- Provide timely, insightful reports, robust analyses, and well-founded recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proactively manage the Abu Dhabi campus's strategic initiatives and priorities, aligning with our objectives and the UAE's educational goals.
- Lead strategic analyses related to the Abu Dhabi campus, identifying opportunities for growth and impact.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at the prestigious academic institution and its Abu Dhabi campus.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with UAE government and private sector entities, and relevant international organisations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of global higher education trends.
- Effectively manage and develop the strategy team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (essential); MBA / PhD (advantageous).
- 20+ years' related experience, with 10+ years in senior management.
- Preference given to candidates who possess strong mix of international management consulting experience, combined with extensive professional exposure and / or personal interest in the higher education sector.
- Proven success managing relationships with senior government stakeholders.
- Experience and interest in the geopolitics of the Gulf and MENA regions.
