Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). This senior-level role requires hands-on expertise in building and maintaining automated test suites, collaborating closely with development teams, and driving quality across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in both Russian and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile platforms.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts (UI and / or API) using modern tools and frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across various devices and environments.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve bugs and usability issues.
- Analyze test results and provide clear documentation and feedback to relevant teams.
- Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Utilize bug tracking and test management tools to maintain test coverage and defect documentation.
- Participate in CI / CD workflows and ensure testing is integrated into the development pipeline.
- Support performance testing, usability testing, and exploratory testing as needed.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated approaches.Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.Strong knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured.Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and SQL for basic database queries.Experience using Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar test and defect management tools.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Preferred / Bonus :
Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Behave).Exposure to performance / load testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.Knowledge of accessibility and usability testing best practices.J-18808-Ljbffr
