Job Position Quantity Surveyor Company Name Unitek General Contracting Location Abu Dhabi candidates should be available in UAE Qualifications Experience Experience in building construction interior fit out Facility Maintenance Minimum 45 yrs of experience in GCC Should hold valid UAE Driving License Qualification BTECH BE in civil engineering KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performing quantity takeoffs and preparing comprehensive estimates by analyzing RFPs tenders specifications drawings and other documentation Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and internal departments to gather necessary information and pricing Prepare and submit Quotations tender proposals in a timely and accurate manner ensuring all client requirements and specifications are met Develop detailed cost estimates building construction interior fit out and facilities management projects including labor materials equipment and overheads Perform site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimation Use estimation software and tools to develop precise and reliable estimates Oversee the estimation process for precontract and postcontract phases and ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for projects Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless transition from tendering to project execution Collaborate with procurement finance and project teams to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimation process Provide technical support and guidance to other team members Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations ensuring these are reflected in the tender and estimation processes Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain estimates and project plans Ensure all estimations and tender documents comply with company standards policies and relevant regulations Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tender and estimation activities
