If so, you might be the Service Manager we are looking for to join our newly established team in Qatar.
About the Position
As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our Best in Class status and ensuring smooth delivery of high quality operational performance whilst optimizing workflows and leading a team of Technicians. The Service Manager will be astute enough to know when there is a need for hands on support, having his coveralls close to hand, being willing and eager to support where necessary to achieve targets.
Based in Qatar , reporting to the Country Manager in Dubai, you will be paramount to the success of the Service Centre in Qatar .

The Service Manager will maintain high levels of customer satidfaction by addressing client needs promptly and professionally and all times. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customers within the maritime industry is key.
