Associate Vice President - Treasury Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by monitoring market trends, promoting a range of treasury products, and managing client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor both local and international market trends to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
• Actively promote FX, derivatives, structured deposits, and other treasury products to boost profitability and meet targets.
• Manage relationships with existing and new clients, offering market insights and hedging strategies.
• Structure, price, and execute derivatives, including both vanilla and exotic products, for the sales desk.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to set up customer limits and secure necessary approvals.
• Handle Treasury FX flows from Business Banking clients and assist with daily treasury operations.
• Deliver professional service to enhance the bank's reputation.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and Central Bank standards in all tasks.
• Identify and recommend procedural and process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to support departmental operations.
• Actively market FX, IR & Commodity Derivatives, structured deposits, and other treasury products to enhance profitability and turnover.
