QA QC Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement QA QC policies and procedures Lead and supervise QA QC team members Review and approve inspection and test plans ITPs Conduct site audits and quality meetings Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and NCRs Liaise with clients consultants and regulatory bodies on quality matters Monitor compliance with ISO and other relevant standards Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional QA QC certification e g ISO Lead Auditor is advantageous 8 years of experience in construction QA QC with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills Indepth knowledge of construction standards and UAE regulations
