Strategic Business Development :
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the firm’s business development strategy, setting clear objectives and key results to drive growth.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies, staying ahead of industry changes and ensuring the firm’s competitive positioning.Regularly assess the effectiveness of business development efforts, making data-driven adjustments to ensure sustained and scalable growth.Client Relationship Building & Retention :
Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with clients, offering customized financial solutions that evolve with their needs.Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service and proactive management of their portfolios.Work closely with the Investment Team to ensure portfolios are strategically aligned with clients’ financial objectives, ensuring optimal performance and asset growth.Drive client satisfaction through tailored solutions and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, focusing on retention and fostering loyalty.Leadership & Market Expansion :
