Key Responsibilities Manage and update property listings on MLS and internal platforms Coordinate and schedule showings meetings and open houses Prepare proofread and manage real estate documents and agreements Handle client communications via phone email and messaging platforms Maintain lead and client databases with uptodate information Assist with marketing materials social media updates and mail campaigns Provide general administrative support to the real estate team Requirements Previous experience in real estate is mandatory Exceptional communication skills in English are required Proficiency in Chinese French Russian or Spanish is a strong advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fastpaced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM systems and MLS platforms Immediate joiners are preferred
