Responsibilities

Employee Relations :

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing workplace issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct investigations into employeeplaints, grievances, and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
  • Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze trends in employee relations issues and rmend solutions for improvement.

HR Policies &pliance :

  • Develop, review, and updatepany HR policies in alignment with labor laws, industry standards, andpany culture.
  • Ensurepliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with legal and HR leadership to mitigate risks and enforcepliance.
  • Educate employees and management onpany policies, workplace rights, and ethical conduct.
  • Conduct training sessions on workplace policies, diversity and inclusion, and anti-harassment initiatives.
  • Workplace Investigations & Conflict Resolution :

  • Lead investigations into employeeplaints, harassment allegations, and other workplace concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Rmend appropriate disciplinary or corrective actions based on investigation findings.
  • Support alternative dispute resolution efforts and foster a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management & Employee Engagement :

  • Assist in the development of performance management programs, ensuring constructive feedback and career development.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations best practices and workforce strategies.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in employee relations, HR policies, or human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and workplacepliance.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling conflict resolution.
  • Excellentmunication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
  • HR certification (, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and case management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and rmend solutions.
