Job Title : Assistant Marketing Manager

About the Role :
Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to help drive our marketing efforts. If you have a strong background in performance marketing (especially Meta and Google Ads), branding, and experience in the igaming industry. Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Marketing : Run campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads to
- attract and engage users.
- Branding : Create and manage campaigns that reflect the company's values and strengthen our
- brand.
- Campaign Optimization : Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns for better results
- and ROI.
- Targeting : Use insights to tailor marketing strategies to local and international audiences.
- Reporting : Track performance and provide reports to help improve campaigns.
- Multilingual Marketing : Localize campaigns for diverse audiences, especially in English, Hindi,
- and South Indian languages.
- Collaboration : Work with creative, product, and customer teams to ensure marketing goals are
- met.
- Stay Current : Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years of experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads) and branding.Experience in the betting or online gaming industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign optimization.Proficient in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language.Strong analytical skills and the ability to adjust strategies based on data.Creative mindset and excellent communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
