Job Overview As a Director at Emirates NBD your role will be responsible for managing Key Customer relationships across the elite banking base of Priority Banking and providing excellent customer experience through close coordination with the customer service teams and product specialists Key Responsibilities Acheive all the assigned targets for revenue deposit growth customer acquisition cross sales NTB account opening etc Ensure that the Customer is adequately serviced in line with the stated risk profile Maximize cross sales ratio within the portfolio Emphasis on both salaried i e those that meet the Signature status and PFA customers Conversant with the full range of Priority Banking products and services Initiate develop and retain client relationships while contributing actively to the business development goals of the unit Engaged in client acquisition activities presenting to clients closing deals managing and developing client accounts Capture higher share of wallet by crossselling products and marketing new products and services Be completely conversant with CRM related systems within the Bank Fully acquainted of all policies relating to ops risk sales processes ethical sales practices money laundering prevention KYC etc Responsible for ensuring uptodate compliance KYC and profiling for each client as well as maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times Safeguard the reputation of Emirates NBD by employing best practices and acting in a professional manner at all times processes established in the unit Skills and Experience Post Graduate preferably in Marketing Sales 8 10 years of banking experience preferably in a sales or relationship management role Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management Supervisory ability and experience CISI Level 3 and SCA Certified You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
