Design Engineer Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Job Details Bachelors degree in mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering with a focus on design principles and methodologies Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a design engineer role preferably within the manufacturing sector Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD or CATIA demonstrating the ability to create complex designs Strong understanding of materials science and engineering principles to select appropriate materials for projects Experience with project management tools and methodologies showcasing the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively Excellent problemsolving skills with a track record of innovative solutions to design challenges Strong communication skills both verbal and written to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative Fluency in English is required additional languages are a plus to enhance communication in global projects A certification such as Professional Engineer PE or Certified Manufacturing Engineer CMfgE is highly desirable
