Head Hostess Job Location UAE Maintain and update daily reservations and shifts in our system ensuring seamless communication with management Manage all reservations and related requests with precision and attention to detail Demonstrate thorough knowledge of operations services hours of operation and menus to provide exceptional guest service Exercise professional judgment to optimize seating strategies and manage operational flow ensuring a smooth dining experience Greet and assist guests with a warm welcoming and professional demeanor Anticipate and respond to guest needs with a sense of urgency demonstrating a proactive approach Maintain awareness of guest preferences and compile personalized service history to deliver tailored experiences Effectively handle guest inquiries and resolve challenges in a timely and courteous manner Process records arrange special functions and maintain accurate paperwork stock and host stand tidiness Prepare daily reports and track guest satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement Requirements At least 2 years of experience in an upscale dining environment preferably highvolume restaurants A positive attitude charming personality and excellent communication organizational and timemanagement skills Prior knowledge of Balkan languages is a plus Ability to multitask prioritize and remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional guest service Proficient in MS Office and the Seven Rooms reservation system
