Amazon Ads is growing rapidly in Europe Middle East and Africa EMEA and we are dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers agencies and entrepreneurs We offer our customers a range of flexible pricing and buying models including selfservice managed service and programmatic ad buying these solutions help businesses build brand awareness increase product sales and more Amazon Ads seeks a Finance Manager to lead EMEA Ads Sales Finance This role is the primary Finance partner to the General Manager of EMEA and sits on the EMEA Ads Leadership team A successful candidate will operate independently in a rapidly growing and evolving business The ideal candidate will be as comfortable building and refining financial models as they are with challenging and refining business strategies Key job responsibilities Own the short and longterm revenue forecasts for EMEA Ads Partner closely with the EMEA Ads GM and EMEA Ads leadership team Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly business reviews Represent Amazon Ads EMEA to internal stakeholder teams across Ads Finance Stores Finance FP A Legal Accounting and Tax teams Optimize and prioritize investments based on a deep understanding of the EMEA Ads landscape across industry verticals agency partners and advertiser growth trajectory BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience 6 years of applying key financial performance indicators KPIs to analyses experience 6 years of building financial and operational reports data sets that inform business decisionmaking experience 6 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role engineering process reengineering quality assurance experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating implementing an escalation plan experience 6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business e g financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits experience MBA or CPA Knowledge of SQL ETL Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools examples SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos and other financial systems examples Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results You will be redirected to the company website
