Qualifications Master s degree in Social Work MSW is mandatory Proven experience 2 years as an academic or school counsellor in a CBSE curriculum environment Key Responsibilities Provide emotional academic and career counselling support to students across all grades Identify and address learning or behavioral challenges through appropriate interventions Collaborate with teachers parents and school leadership to support student wellbeing Conduct individual and group counselling sessions workshops and awareness programs Maintain confidential records and prepare student progress reports where necessary
