Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the teaching and learning strategy in line with CBSE standards Ensure the curriculum is uptodate engaging and aligned with the needs of students Oversee assessment practices to ensure academic standards and quality Provide leadership and professional development for teaching staff Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the academic team Liaise with stakeholders including parents students and the wider school community regarding academic performance and initiatives Eligibility Criteria Bachelor s and Master s degree in relevant subjects B Ed mandatory Minimum 3 5 years of leadership experience in UAE Indian curriculum CBSE schools Strong understanding of curriculum design assessment practices and instructional leadership Excellent communication collaboration and team leadership skills All documents must be fully attested as per UAE regulations
