Job Title : Facilities Supervisor
Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Summary :
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Supervisor to join the team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP / HVAC systems, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of 15+ technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations
- Plan and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maintain operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and maintain MEP systems, with a focus on HVAC
- Handle client communications with professionalism and transparency
- Prepare technical reports and cost estimations for retrofit projects (desirable)
