Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in an administrative role knowledge of administrative software packages good interpersonal and time management skills Proven experience as an Office Manager Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular Hands on experience with office machines e g fax machines and printers Familiarity with email scheduling tools like Email Scheduler and BoomerangExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workAttention to detail and problemsolving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Qualifications Diploma or Bachelors degree Compensation Competitive Salary
