We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the logistics and freight forwarding sector, specifically across land and sea freight. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, deep market knowledge, and a passion for delivering results through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on expanding the land and sea freight client base.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and prepare commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards and smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a client portfolio.Deep understanding of land and sea freight operations within the UAE and GCC region.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office tools.UAE driving license is an advantage.What Our Client Offers :
