If you have retail F B HORECA experience and are passionate about delivering great customer service Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers offering product suggestions Handle all cash transactions including receiving payments and checking daily accounts Guide customers in selecting products and cakes Provide training to new cashiers Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store Handle store equipment and follow food safety protocols Requirements Age years old Friendly and energetic personality Excellent communication skills in English Must be detailoriented organized and able to multitask Ability to work well as part of a team Able to work overtime rarely including weekends and special events Minimum 2 years of retail F B HORECA experience At least 2 years of cashiering experience Must be able to join immediately Job Type Fulltime
