Key Responsibilities Lead and develop architectural designs from concept to construction documentation Coordinate with clients consultants and project teams to meet project goals Review and approve design drawings models and specifications Ensure designs comply with local building codes safety standards and sustainability practices Supervise junior architects and technical staff Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Architecture Master s degree a plus 15 20 years UAE experience in architectural design and site supervision Proven portfolio demonstrating diverse projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software Strong leadership communication and coordination skills Knowledge of local codes and regulations in Dubai
