Freelance Events Manager UAEBased Location UAE travel within UAE required Type Freelance ProjectBased Arabic Speaker Preferred Not Mandatory About Us Embark Growth is a Dubaibased marketing agency focused on helping ambitious brands scale through strategic and performanceled growth marketing We partner with clients across industries to bring their brand experiences to life both online and offline Role Overview We re looking for a talented and organized Freelance Events Manager to join us on a project basis The scope will primarily focus on mall events from largescale family activations and seasonal campaigns to community engagement programs and retailerdriven experiences You ll be responsible for endtoend ideation planning and execution making sure every event delivers impact and experience Key Responsibilities Lead creative ideation and concept development for mall events Plan and execute event logistics permits venues vendors staffing Liaise with mall management and client stakeholders Manage budgets timelines and postevent reporting Be present onsite to ensure smooth event flow and coordination Work closely with internal marketing teams to align brand objectives Requirements Proven experience with mall events and activations in the UAE Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and juggle multiple timelines Willingness to travel across UAE as needed Arabic language is a plus but not essential Must be UAEbased and legally eligible to work as a freelancer Must have a valid UAE driving license his her own car
