We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager with comprehensive experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning ensuring that all HR practices align with UAE labor laws and site-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead HR operations for construction projects, including workforce planning and deployment
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for site personnel and staff
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and company policies
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and ensure company-wide compliance
Manage payroll coordination and leave records in cooperation with accounts / admin
Coordinate with project managers and department heads for manpower forecasting
Support training and development initiatives tailored to construction site needs
Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and employee records
Requirements :
Minimum 7 years of HR management experience in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and construction workforce practices
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
Proficient in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and labor-intensive environment
