Job Description :
We are looking for a Delegate Execution Lawyer to handle court executions, enforce judgments, and represent clients in enforcement procedures in Dubai. Candidates must have direct experience with UAE court systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle execution of court judgments and legal orders
- Represent clients before execution departments and courts
- Prepare and submit execution requests and follow up on enforcement
- Liaise with police departments and other authorities as required
