Hiring Applications Specialist Cytology IHC and digital Pathology At Down Stream Scientific and Laboratory Equipment Trading LLC we are dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative medical technology and personalized solutions Founded in our mission is to improve healthcare outcomes by providing safe and effective medical products and services With a team of experts and a commitment to integrity and collaboration we aim to empower healthcare providers and contribute to a healthier world Our products Liquid Based Cytology machines and kits Immunohistochemistry machines and kit Digital Pathology scanners and AI software Tissue Microarray solutions 5 Molecular Pathology Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cytology IHC and digital Pathology laboratory equipment and software Conduct training sessions for laboratory personnel on cytological techniques and equipment usage Develop and implement standard operating procedures SOPs for laboratories Assist in the evaluation and validation of new technologies and methodologies Maintain accurate records of training sessions support requests and maintenance activities Applications Specialist Qualifications Skills Degree in Medical Laboratory or a related field Histology and Cytology experience is preferred Experience with LBC cytology and IHC Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting Strong presentation and training skills Minimum of 3 years of experience Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to travel as needed for training and support purposes UAE driving license
