Merchandiser Job Location United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Arrange and maintain perfume displays to optimize customer engagement and sales Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are wellstocked and organized Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement effective merchandising strategies Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising plans to meet sales targets Ensure product pricing signage and promotional materials are accurate and uptodate Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising and make necessary improvements Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest new merchandising ideas Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising best practices Qualifications Previous experience in merchandising retail or a related field preferably in the perfume or beauty industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for product presentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint
