Role Overview

As VP of Procurement, you’ll lead the strategic direction and execution of procurement operations across multi-billion AED projects. You will play a critical role in controlling costs, managing risk, and ensuring timely delivery through world-class vendor relationships and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and project pipelines.
• Oversee full lifecycle procurement : sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contracts, delivery and execution.
• Optimize costing & estimation models to support accurate budget forecasts and enhance margin performance.
• Strengthen relationships with key local and international vendors , ensuring compliance with quality standards and sustainability practices.
• Implement best-in-class procurement systems and digital tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team , promoting collaboration and professional growth.
• Drive risk management in procurement—ensure compliance, manage supplier risks, and maintain business continuity.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g. cost savings, procurement cycle time, supplier performance) and report to executive leadership.
