Key Responsibilities Teach Biology in accordance with the IGCSE curriculum standards Plan prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons Prepare students for internal and external examinations Assess track and report on student progress regularly Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles Participate in school events staff meetings and ongoing professional development Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Biology Science Education or a related field Valid teaching qualification e g PGCE B Ed or equivalent Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with at least 1 2 years teaching IGCSE Biology Strong knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE Biology curriculum Excellent classroom management and communication skills
