Key Responsibilities Supervise and train front office staff to ensure high standards of customer service Manage guest checkins and checkouts efficiently handling reservations and special requests Address guest complaints concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Ensure that all front desk operations adhere to hotel policies and procedures Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless service Monitor and maintain accurate guest records and billing information Assist with scheduling shift management and staff performance evaluations Requirements 3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles with at least 1 year in a supervisory position Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
