Restaurants Manager Job Location UAE Main Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations including lounge area management Plan and update menus in collaboration with department heads Estimate consumption forecast requirements and maintain inventory Develop marketing strategies to improve productivity and sales Maximize financial performance by controlling costs without compromising standards Key Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants Excellent English language skills written and spoken Good knowledge of food and beverage products trends and services Strong organizational and time management skills with flexibility Excellent team management communication and listening skills Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in all dealings Able to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
