Key Responsibilities Prepare and review cost estimates BOQs and tender documents Monitor project budgets costs and variations Conduct quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage payments Prepare interim valuations final accounts and cost reports Support contract negotiations claims and risk assessments Requirements Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field 5 years of relevant experience in construction or projects Strong knowledge of local market rates contracts e g FIDIC and cost control methods Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software e g CostX Candy Excellent analytical and communication skills
