Job Description

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading group of companies in the UAE to recruit a Group HR Manager to partner with C-Suite Executives in shaping a high-performance culture, fostering talent, and elevating employee engagement. Core responsibilities : - Lead & Inspire : Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, driving organizational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CIPD / SHRM certification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in the GCC, with a strong background in group-level HR leadership.
  • Strategic mindset : Ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business growth.
  • Analytical prowess : Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Emotional intelligence : Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy : Experience in HRIS / HRMS implementation and digital transformation.
