Amazons Legal Department is looking for an attorney with experience in corporate anti-corruption compliance programs to join its Business Conduct & Ethics team.
Key job responsibilities
The role will support the Business Conduct & Ethics program across all Amazon businesses in Europe the Middle East and Africa. You will help design administer and implement various elements of Amazons compliance and ethics program including anti-corruption risk assessments; advice and guidance to attorneys and business leaders; policies on gifts conflicts of interest third party risk corporate giving etc.; managing education and communication initiatives; and partnering with BC&E investigations counsel Internal Audit HR and Finance teams. The role reports to the Lead Business Conduct & Ethics Counsel for EMEA.

Amazons Business Conduct and Ethics Team is a global department within Amazons Legal organization that designs and implements Amazons anti-corruption compliance program. We own and support Amazons Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Anti-Bribery Policy and related policies and mechanisms.
