Account Receivable Accountant Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and customers Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments Reconcile accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies Process and post payments including checks wire transfers and online transactions Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates to management on collection efforts Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies Assist in monthend and yearend closing activities related to AR Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and regulatory requirements Skills Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP Oracle and MS Excel Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes invoicing and collections Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant or in a similar role Familiarity with accounting principles and practices GAAP or IFRS knowledge is a plus
