What will you be doing?
Leading and scaling the sales team in Dubai.Actively driving revenue. This is not just a management role, you’ll still be closing deals.Identifying opportunities to refine and enhance the sales strategy as the company continues to grow.Mentoring and coaching the team to help them hit and exceed their targets.Working closely with the founder, who is still hands-on in sales, to optimise processes and execution.Build out a talent pipeline, and you will take responsibility on who and when you hire.What do you need?
