HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards Assist in developing and implementing HSE procedures plans and programs Support incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions Promote safety awareness and conduct training for site personnel and contractors Monitor compliance with local safety laws and ADNOC safety standards Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation for audits and reviews Coordinate emergency response and first aid activities Liaise with project management to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into daily operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Safety Engineering Environmental Science or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil Gas projects with ADNOC project experience highly preferred Strong knowledge of HSE regulations standards and best practices Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills Certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH or equivalent are required Prior experience working in the UAE is preferred
