Senior Associate-Tech Consulting Headhunter / Permanent and Contract Hires

We’re partnering with a leading strategic investment group to drive enterprise-wide transformation across a diversified portfolio of companies in the UAE. As part of this evolution, we’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture strategy, technology alignment, and innovation across multiple industries.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the group level, shaping architecture across sectors such as real estate, healthcare, logistics, energy, and education — with real impact on business outcomes.

What you’ll bring :

7+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles

Strong background in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and governance best practices

Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), APIs, and microservices

Proven ability to align tech strategy with business objectives across multiple entities

Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, and data architecture

Experience supporting technology modernization, standardization, and cost optimization

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with C-level stakeholders

What you’ll do :

Define and execute the enterprise architecture vision across the group

Act as solution architect for large-scale initiatives across portfolio companies

Review, harmonize, and optimize enterprise architectures for scalability and efficiency

Drive governance frameworks, architecture standards, and compliance

Advise on technology investments, innovation pilots, and emerging trends

Collaborate with product managers, IT leaders, and business teams

Deliver architecture roadmaps that enable measurable business value
