الوصف الوظيفيProvide psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine the individual needs of clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client's needs and diagnosis Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective and holistic treatment for clients Monitor and review the progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans Conduct regular sessions with clients to provide therapy and counseling Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness in conjunction with therapy Educate and counsel families and caregivers on how to support their loved ones during the treatment process Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client's progress and treatment plans Remain current on advancements and developments in the field of psychiatry through continuous education and training Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work
Requirements :
- Medical degree and successful completion of psychiatry residency program
- Valid and active medical license in the state of (insert state)
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing psychiatrist
- Excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach towards clients
- Proficient in using electronic medical records system
