Skills

• 5 – 8 years of experience in project or operations management within a creative agency, production house, or luxury events / gifting environment
• Experience delivering high-end projects for luxury or VIP clients
• A strong understanding of regional supply chain dynamics in the UAE / GCC
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and committed to quality
