Administrative Assistant Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to all departments including phone calls emails and mail management Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for company executives Maintain and organize company documents ensuring accuracy and accessibility Process expense reports and invoices in a timely and accurate manner Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed Support HRrelated tasks such as new hire onboarding and file maintenance Coordinate companywide events and team building activities Liaise between departments to ensure effective communication Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Able to multitask prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment Comfortable working with confidential information Positive attitude and willingness to learn
