- Planning and executing the HUB sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Setting sales targets for the HUB and communicating them to the team.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics regularly.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Preparing and delivering performance reports to senior management.
- Identifying growth opportunities among existing customers.
- Researching potential new customers to expand market reach.
- Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
- Facilitating effective communication between the supply, sales team and customers.
- Allocating resources for effective opportunity management.
- Managing the receipt and distribution of requests for quotations.
- Establishing optimal pricing strategies to achieve targeted margins in coordination with WCFE and Supply.
- Participating in negotiations for key contracts with customers.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts and purchase orders with customers.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders during contract finalization.
- Monitoring ongoing costs related to sales activities.
- Assessing customer financial health to identify potential risks.
- Reporting financial risks to internal teams promptly.
- Preparing and coordinating technical and commercial offers for customers.
- Submitting offers approval according to organizational protocols.
- Owning the sales process and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Overseeing training and development initiatives for the sales team.
- Managing the transition of contracts to project management teams.
- Updating Salesforce with order information and competitive intelligence.

Your background
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management or business development in the energy industry.Demonstrated expertise in executing impactful sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote long-term growth.Advanced proficiency in coordinating and managing multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of objectives.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers, stakeholders, and team members.An ability to inspire and guide sales teams towards achieving targets, fostering collaboration and a positive team spirit.Willingness to travel up to 50 % to engage with stakeholders, attend industry events, and support business initiatives across regions.
