Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HSE standards Conduct risk assessments and accident investigations Promote safety awareness and training among employees Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics Coordinate emergency response and safety drills Collaborate with management to integrate HSE into operational processes Qualifications Bachelors degree in Occupational Health Safety Engineering or related field Proven experience in HSE management Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits
