Job Title : HEC JPC : 5146

Contract Duration : 2 Years

Role Summary

This role is focused on connecting consumers with the brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after the purchase. You will be responsible for engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and creating lasting impressions that build brand loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend complete solutions.

Create memorable in-store experiences that highlight product and service benefits.

Assist customers with product setup and personalization.

Provide hands-on product demos and answer customer inquiries.

Support customer training sessions and loyalty program sign-ups.

Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure proper resolution.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, company updates, and promotions.

Meet sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Recommend relevant accessories to increase average transaction value.

Adhere to return policies, discount rules, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with teammates to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Complete all required product and soft skills training.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new products and features.

Retail background required; cross-industry experience is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Fluency in English or local language; additional languages are a plus.

Flexible availability based on business needs.

Team-oriented, approachable, empathetic, and a good listener.
