Client Experience : Support the implementation of the client experience strategy across key touchpoints
- Apply client experience journeys and guidelines throughout boutique activations and events
- Develop and implement Implement experience journeys during Hallmarks (Holidays / Ramadan)
- Enhance the Flagship client experiences through Atelier d'Antoine and Dubai Mall Cafe
- Support on implementing CRM tools for activations and events (Invites, Booking platforms, attendance tracking)
Gifting and Trade Marketing : Develop and Implement the Overall Gifting Strategy
Coordinate corporate gifting for boutiques, including tracking and shipmentsHelp Implement the Gifting Strategy for hallmark sessionsSupport gifting initiatives for Press and KOLPublic Relations Support : Support PR agency on PR opportunities
Assist with photoshoots and monthly PR kit updatesShare assets for product launches and brand eventsFinance and Payments : Facilitate invoicing and payment process
Oversee PO creation and vendor management in alignment with internal systemsEnsure timely invoice processing and budget adherence for all gifting and experience-related projectsMarketing & Administrative Support
Contribute to the development of event and projects reports and presentationsAssist with coordination and logistics of marketing activationsSupport cross-functional marketing initiatives as needed across retail, digital, and communications teams
