HR Officer Recruiter Real Estate Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing interviewing and onboarding Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives Oversee employee relations performance management and HR compliance Coordinate training programs and lead employee engagement initiatives Build and maintain strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal HR policies Prepare employment contracts offer letters and other HR documentation Manage daytoday HR tasks including employee support and officerelated HR errands Collaborate with the accounts team for payroll coordination Maintain HR standard operating procedures SOPs and ensure process efficiency Organize teambuilding activities to enhance workplace culture Monitor and support employees career development Skills Qualifications Experience Minimum 3 years in HR and recruitment within the real estate industry Mandatory Education Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and networking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fastpaced environment Preferred Familiarity with ATS platforms Recruiter and UAEspecific hiring portals
