ARCHITECTURAL SITE INSPECTOR

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure architectural and civil enabling works are carried out in line with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with contract documents local regulations and industry best practices throughout all construction stages.
• Review and provide comments on shop drawings material submittals mock-ups and method statements.
• Identify non-conforming work issue site observations / NCRs and follow up to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Inspect and verify architectural finishes including masonry cladding waterproofing joinery false ceilings painting tiling and other interior works.
• Coordinate with other discipline inspectors and site teams to ensure proper integration and avoid clashes between trades.
• Participate in snagging and de-snagging activities prepare punch lists and ensure timely closure of items.
• Attend coordination meetings with contractors consultants and client representatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections observations and related site documentation.
