Job description
Your main objective will be to manage the customer relationship in the region. The main tasks of the position are :
Customer relationship
- Ensure a long-term relationship with its portfolio clients.
- Manage customer performance in accordance with signed contracts.
- Coordinate, conduct and lead client meetings
- Manage economic outstandings and customer reminders in partnership with the accounting department.
- Reduce and control customer disputes
- Carry out the launch review of new contracts when necessary
- Develop activity on existing products and promote OEMServices on new products by working jointly with the sales force.
File monitoring
Assist, when necessary, in drafting sales contracts with the Sales department or supplier contracts with the Strategic Partnerships department.Coordinate technical files with customers when requested by the technical team as requiredCoordinate and write operational procedures.Participate in the development of customer offers if necessary.Participate in the definition of the implementation of local resources (logistics centers or representation at the customer).Manage modification campaigns in coordination with the technical team if applicable products.Coordinate logistics flows with all stakeholders (internal, suppliers, customers) to achieve objectives.Report and escalate when necessary to your direct and transversal hierarchy (General Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, etc.)Regulation
Coordinate the quality loop and progress actions with the client(s)Monitor disputes with the quality team.Customs :
