Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a Customer Experience, Martech & Merchandising Product Manager to lead the evolution of our digital shopping journey. This role combines platform thinking with a sharp focus on personalized experiences, search and discovery, content-driven merchandising, and data-driven marketing. You’ll work at the intersection of CX, data, and technology, collaborating with growth, CRM, engineering, product design, and fashion buying teams to build seamless, shoppable, and inspirational experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
CX, Search & Personalization Strategy
- Define and evolve the end-to-end digital customer journey across web, app, and other digital touchpoints – focusing on search quality, discovery, personalization, and emotional engagement.
- Lead product development around search algorithms, filters, sorting logic, and auto-suggestions to improve findability and relevance for users.
- Drive product ranking strategies informed by customer behavior, seasonality, inventory status, trends, and promotions.
Visual Merchandising & Experience Optimization
Collaborate with design, buying, and content teams to craft visually engaging, high-converting product listing and detail pages.Build tools and automation that empower internal teams to manage on-site merchandising, including product carousels, landing pages, and dynamic category displays.Balance automation and human creativity to ensure fashion relevance, editorial storytelling, and commercial outcomes.Own and optimize the MarTech stack, including CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), journey orchestration, loyalty tools, and campaign automation.Define data flows and integrations required to support personalized, event-based marketing journeys across owned and paid channels.Build modular, scalable solutions for user segmentation, targeting, and campaign experimentation.Product Roadmap & Execution
Own the CX and MarTech roadmap, ensuring it supports Styli’s customer, brand, and growth goals.Translate business objectives into detailed product specs and work with design and engineering teams to build and launch features.Implement A / B tests and continuous experimentation frameworks to drive iterative product improvements.Analytics, Insights & Metrics
Define and monitor KPIs such as search success rate, engagement, conversion, CLTV, NPS, and merchandising effectiveness.Leverage customer behavior data to generate insights and optimize journey stages across channels.Be the voice of the customer, representing user needs and expectations throughout the product lifecycle.Qualifications & Skills
5–9 years of experience in product management, ideally in a fashion eCommerce or consumer digital platform, with 3+ years focused on CX, MarTech, or search / discovery.Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not essential.Familiarity with site search , ranking algorithms , merchandising platforms , and personalization engines.Experience working with MarTech tools such as CDPs, CRM platforms, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Braze, Insider, MoEngage, or similar.Strong analytical skills, user empathy, and a track record of launching and scaling CX-focused features.A collaborative mindset and excellent communication, with the ability to rally teams around a shared vision.Having development, data science, and / or product marketing skills will give you a cut above the restBonus Points If You Have :
Experience with AI / ML-driven search or recommendations.Worked on merchandising automation tools or dynamic product placements.Exposure to loyalty, gamification, or referral mechanics in eCommerceSeniority level
