Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients and partners Lead negotiations and close deals effectively Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for management Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize outreach initiatives Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and B2B sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills Ability to develop and execute strategic plans Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
