Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Education B Ed Mandatory Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years setting preferably in an American curriculum school in the UAE Excellent English language proficiency spoken and written Strong classroom management and communication skills Culturally sensitive and able to work in a diverse inclusive environment Available for immediate joining Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging ageappropriate lessons that meet curriculum standards Create a safe supportive and stimulating classroom environment Observe and assess student development and maintain accurate records Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership Participate in school events meetings and ongoing professional development
